Fullcircle nw CIC is a ‘not for profit’ organisation based in Oldham, we are a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee, registered in England No: 07610753.
As a community interest company (CIC) we are a business with primarily social objectives and purpose, any profit generated is reinvested into the community and used to grow and develop the business. We use our assets for trading purposes to generate income which is used to support our activities, cover our running costs and continue to meet the communities needs.
The key aims of Fullcircle are to:
• Inspire and empower people to be actively involved in issues that affect their community;
• Provide innovative and responsive effective services which reflect the needs of the community;
• Provide young people with the best opportunities to achieve their full potential.
DATA PROTECTION
The Data Protection Act (2018) sets out the framework for data protection law in the UK. It sits alongside the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which sets out the key principles, rights and obligations for most processing of personal data and how the GDPR applies in the UK.
Fullcircle nw CIC are legally obligated to comply with the DPA (2018) and the GDPR, as we process personal data. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and renew our ICO Registration Certificate annually.
